Kelly has been a licensed Professional Engineer in Nevada and California since 1981. He founded Honeycomb Engineering in 1982 in Fallon before moving his firm to Fernley and then Sparks, NV.
Kelly graduated from Utah State University in Logan, Utah and has over 40 years of practical civil engineering experience. We offer an expanding range of services that takes your project from conception to drawings and calculations to completion.
